Have you considered Scribd? It's just as free as blogger, but has better functionality for writing.
Here's a piece I put on there: http://www.scribd.com/doc/40561690/Crying-Wolf. It's easy enough to upload and you don't clog up your blog with long posts.
Also, it might help your block to post something. I've always found the hardest part of writing was the sharing, but releasing short stories on-line was really helpful to me for getting over my own bout of writer's block.

hmmm interesting... now, if i put it up on there, does it still remain my intellectual property? as in, nobody can be like 'oh look, a story.' and steal it?
